Access to the beach requires crossing a busy road, and a better solution would be an underpass for easier access. The breakfast setup is a bit off, with the fruit salad station separated from the main offerings, which are underwhelming at best, leaving much to be desired. The carpets in the rooms could use a serious update since they don't look clean, disappointing in an otherwise attractive environment.

Clean and wonderful place with really good stuff with the whole services. Great and lovely location in Rumailah district near beach and the restaurant as well as many restaurants...

we were offered hot and extensive breakfasts with good varieties.

The hotel's private beach and diverse dining options elevated our experience, while the energetic beach volleyball sessions provided great entertainment. Daily fresh towels and plenty of sunbeds made relaxing by the sea a delight.

I loved this hotel, it's impeccably clean and ideal. The rooms were fabulous and neat, and the location was stunning on the beach. The staff were hard-working and attentive, everything was nice. The food was outstanding, had lots of options.

Newly remodelled place, I loved exceptional personnel.

The warm hospitality at this place caught me completely off guard! The beach access and attentive staff enhanced our beachfront experience. We especially enjoyed the delicious buffet and personal touches like an elephant towel art for the kids. A fantastic getaway for families, with ample amenities to ensure comfort and fun.

Beach and Seaside, Quite good for honeymoon, good room speace

The rooms with a twin bed and balcony, for instance. Location: the hotel was close to numerous restaurants, the beach and a main supermarket.

Room upgrade was unexpected and appreciated.

This is a nice clean hotel, at a great location, literally a stone's throw from the beach. I loved waking up to the view. Several fast food restaurants and a small convenience store is also very near. The staff are friendly and the price is great.

The hotel is aging and it is starting to show, especially in the bathroom fixtures. I understand that with the price they are offering it would be difficult to justify a full remodeling, but if the management decided to remodel some of the rooms and charge extra for the remodeled rooms, I would be inclined to stay in those rooms.

The location is good and some of the staff were friendly but not all.

We were a little disappointed with the rooms as they did not look like the pictures on the web site. The rooms were much older and used as did the furniture and some of the fittings in the bathroom were broken. Some of the staff were friendly not all. Overall we would not stay there again.

I loved the lovely private beach and the steam room, relaxing! The indoor pool was a great addition too. We enjoyed the complimentary birthday cake surprise. Definitely a amazing place for families.

Nice food n Easy access to the beach.The hotel is good especially the staff only the facilities need a slight improvement especially the carpet in the or do away with it.

The carpet in the rooms I think it should'nt be there coz it stinks,Also the pillows I think are kind of synthetic n they should be changed.

The location opposite the beach, the view was fantastic.

The parking area is not safe , it is usually crowded . Also the pool is so small and not quite dirty . The wire-less strength is low " couldn't browse at my room ".
